SKO spol. s r.o. has been found in 2004 by Mr. Strenger and Mr. Kukol as a company providing manufacturing and sales of hardware fitting. In 2011 80% of company shares of Mr. Strenger have been transfered to the son of Mr. Lubomir Kukol – Jan Kukol – the CEO of the company.
Since 2005 company SKO has been providing complete assembly of EB-welding (electron beam) machines, including the production of single components, vacuum chambers and their accessories.
In 2011 after sudden death of Mr. Lubomír Kukol, Jan and Michal Kukols took over the company. In this year companies Ing. Lubomír Kukol and SKO fused together.
Nowadays company has 92 stable employees. The main portfolio of production is manufacturing and assembly of precise automatic electron beam welding machines in vacuum and surface treatment. Company also specializes for production of diverse parts according the customers documentation.
Company tradition and foundation reaches to 1990, when it was founded like a company Ing. Lubomír Kukol and then following company SKO. Through that time company collected a lot of experience from manufacturing and assembly of various machines and single-purpose machines. Nowadays company provides assembly of automatic welding machines on the principle of electron-beam welding in vacuum. Company also provides production and manufacturing of single components, vacuum chambers and accessories.
Company also provides manufacturing and production according to the customers wishes and documentation. Production is made by quality technologies and machines, like for example equipment for material dividing, equipment for welding with technologies MIG/MAG and TIG, equipment for manufacturing on various manufacturing machines like conventional and CNC milling machines, turning machines, horizontal milling machines (option to manufacture parts to the weight of 30 tons and maximal size of 6 x 3 x 3 metres), planning machines, grinding machines and various surface treatment. Company is well known for its experiences and especially for high-quality products, which company provides to world-wide known producers through lot of technological and economical branches.
Our company is also providing assembly of various machine segments and complete machines for different technologies and industrial branches. Because of that reason we are able to offer standard or non-standard machine elements, like for example:
Company uses long time experience and praxis of qualified emloyees, the newest technologies or measurement devices. For mechanical measurements are used modern measurement tools from company Mitutoyo. Company is able to provide services in area of vacuum diagnostics, measurements of pressure/underpressure level. To inventory of company belongs several pumping stations completed in purpose of making vacuum in tested parts. Company also posses helium leak detection unit for vacuum leakage diagnostic of tested parts.
Assembly of pneumatic of hydraulic controlled elements are in service range of company. Company uses pneumatic or hydraulic elements from sales world-leading producers like Festo, SMC, Bosh-Rexroth and Hydac. Company also provides services in area of electrical installation, assembly of control cabinets according to customers wishes and documentation.
Our company is able to repair or renovate damaged or non-functional machine in a short time. We are specialized not only in repairs and renovations of various manufacturing and single-purpose machines, but also in repairs of precise machine devices and vacuum components.
Company SKO was founded in 2004 by Mr. Strenger and Mr. Kukol like a company targeted on production and sales of hardware fittings.
Company continues and uses more than 160 years experience with production of hardware fitting of company Heinrich Strenger GmbH.

Company also supplies big vacuum chambers for – HEAVY MACHINE INDUSTRY, also various vacuum accessories, pipes, elbows, turning and positioning tables, welded constructions. The end customers are in areas of – AEROSPACE INDUSTRY, SHIP-BUILDING INDUSTRY, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AREA.
Company is also cooperating and co-working with different SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTES, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS AND UNIVERSITIES.
